At first sight
of the lady fair
My eyes widen
upon a charm so rare
My heart
seem to eclipse -
With a heart
so tender
That heals my lost
wounded heart
And kill the coldness
that haunts my heart
And bring me
to calmness
I see her smile
a smile of sweetness
Remain in my heart
everlastingly
And I began to have
a feeling so warmly
I know I have
fallen in love
With a love
more than love
That I cannot turn
myself away
To walk in
my lost way
But be taken
by the eclipse of heart
And be drowned into
the sea of LOVE.

This poem is part of a collection of my early poetry composition called "Revelation of Emotions," written during my student days. At that point of time I was 17 years of age. It reflects the feelings, thoughts, political consciousness and romanticism of that era of my life.
