Now that I feel a heavy guilt,
A regret much to grieve,
That a moment ago only emotions -
were the destructive force that ran me violent,
Destructive it was, I destroyed,
Pouring out the emotions
that expressed so pronounced,
Like the insane that knew no silence,
That I was lost and wild -
wild beyond my control
lost beyond my knowledge,
Too wild, too lost to resist,
But be drifted, drifted away -
and victimised by the intolerable sight,
And cause such night-mare;
Human I am, wild as beast,
Beast I am not, Human I am,
The "insanity" I'm innocent of -
The wild act, I feel the guilt,
Human I am.

This poem is part of a collection of my early poetry composition called "Revelation of Emotions," written during my student days. At that point of time I was 17 years of age. It reflects the feelings, thoughts, political consciousness and romanticism of that era of my life.
